Anel Martin


Anel is the South African PA of the Year 2011/12 and was a finalist in the National Office Professional of the Year in 2009/10. She has a CAP-OM certification and a Business Management Diploma.

Anel was the Head of the Academy of Excellence Committee of PAFSA 2011/12 and is a task team member of the International Year of the Secretary 2014 project which is a global initiative (IYOTSA 2014)

Webmistress and content owner of two PA websites and she also manages social media platforms for multiple organizations.

Anel writes and speaks internationally and is currently working on her first book.


Enid Busolo Bhebe


Enid is an accomplished, dynamic and energetic administrator having started out her professional career in the area of Human Resource and worked her way through the ranks in the profit and non-profit sectors for the past twenty years.

She has garnered experience in the areas of corporate governance, administration, human resource and project planning and management, which has enhanced her facilitation and multi-disciplinary skills. Enid is able to interact at all levels with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In present day’s business practice, the role of a Personal/Executive Assistant is gradually changing from business support to being essentially a business partner.

Administrative duties in an organization can be excellently executed if the principles of project management are applied in an organization’s daily practice. Exam: Multiple Choices Exam

This should be developed and moderated by the Trainer with a pass mark of 50 marks out of 150 questions.
The exam to be administered by the trainer and the training provider event host for two and half hours. At the end of the exam the trainer will mark the exam and issue full scores for each candidate, candidates who pass the exam will be issued their certification.

Those who fail the exam, to re-take the exam a week after the end course where they will be requested to write a well-documented report on the course using their own case studies on each of the 4 modules for a period of one week. If the trainer finds their work sufficient, they will be awarded the certification.
