COURSE DESCRITION

The course introduces students to the fundamental logic, metrics, analysis, and interpetation that are central to HR analytics. While the emphasis is on applied methodology rather than statistical issue, rigorius methodology as it pertains to HR metrics will be covered. Strategic Management and the balanced score card(BSC) methodologies, as well as survey development workforce forecasting and calculating absenteesim and turnover cost will be discussed; coupled with a multitude of commoonly utilized HR business metrics. By conclusion of the certifiction course, students will be able to inegrate, analyze and interpret data to make better information decisions about managing human resources.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the HR field

  1. Pre-event prequalification process-GAFM Delegate bio which evaluates the candidate's entry level and elegibility, more so training needs
  2. Pre-event stuy material and HRMA body of knowledge, which forms part of the exam set.
  • Pre-event Assignment - this is required before the start of the boot camp class and contributes to 40% of the overal certification program
